In these consolidated cases, Petitioner Onkar Singh petitions for review of two decisions of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("the Board"): (1) the Boards denial of Singhs motion to reopen his removal proceedings because of that motions untimeliness; and (2) the Boards later denial of Singhs motion to reconsider its initial denial of his untimely motion to reopen. As we conclude that the Board did not abuse its discretion in rejecting Singhs two motions, we deny Singhs petitions for review.
